I got my nose pierced by Shell here. She is amazing!!! It was not painful and so quick. I bought the disinfectant spray for only $13 and my nose has healed beautifully. She is so educational and super sweet. Steve is also super educational and super duper friendly. I will never go anywhere else. Tomorrow I will be in to finally change my nose ring by shell. I’ve gotten my septum and helix pierced here. Both have gone mostly well! The prices are great and the staff are so nice. They also helped me pick my first piercing when all I knew is I wanted on on me ear. My helix got swollen and crusty and it fell out twice before it was healed. Which is NOT a problem with what they did. Some people are more sensitive to piercings than others. The same thing happened to my sister and she went somewhere else, so I expected this. Both times I came back the staff were extremely understanding and knowledgeable and put it back in for me. For my septum, they helped ease me through my nerves about getting it done and how it would look and helped me pick a size. They even offered to put in and try two options and I would just pay for whichever I kept. I came back a week later when I lost one of the balls and they put a new one on and I didn’t have to pay a thing. A week after that I came back after it fell out when a ball came off. They of course cleaned it then put it back in with a new ball and gave me 3 spare balls all free of charge!! I had forgotten my wallet in the car so my mom tipped them. I love this place so much and I look forward to working up the courage (and money) to get another piercing.
